eCERT® Program Service Centre

The service center facility is dedicated to the eCERT® Program Memberships, by providing them the essential services for jump-starting their new role as an enhanced community emergency response team operating under the Federal Emergency Management Agency guidelines. They are immediately introduced to a program manager from the eCERT® Program Service Centre (PSC) and given an program outline that was created from an initial intake form every membership is required to submit to the eCERT® Oversight Committee.

It requires an immense infrastructure to support 1,000 memberships are managed from PCS facility from Guam, Untied States, where it will be surrounded by an enriched Chamorro population that has a historical record for mitigating devastating disasters and supporting the US Navy, Marine Corp and Air Force  protecting the United States “Forward Edge” in the Pacific for over 80 years.

Financial Services

A third of the PSC resources are allocated to distributing the $500,000 worth of equipment and supporting services to each membership. The funding emanates emanates from the eCERT Program Digital Currency campaign that are held in private trust accounts. It affords the eCERT® Program to pair the essential equipment with the civilian workforce that are already poised to be deployed and lacking the tools to be viable.

The financial services group working from the PSC also manages the eCERT® Programs Digital Currency campaign. Each of the investments options are directly tied to the real-world assets that the eCERT® Program creates. Every new commissioned membership, program facility and advancements are designed to add value to the program.

Operational Support

Local agency operated CERT program routinely fails due the lack financial and material support they require to be used on a national stage. The eCERT® Program removes the burden by supplementing the demands, which in turn provides the membership to independently follow the National Incident Management System (NIMS) that all Local, State, territorial jurisdictions are required to adopt.

The eCERT® Program is comprehensive and written to collect, organize, and support a civilian workforce with the highest level of disaster response equipment and services. From the moment a membership enters into the program they are immersed with the administrative assistance’s for operating as an Non-Government Organization (NGO), the expertise to be deploy with a MAVIS Units.

A membership is sustainable within a year because of the support they receive from the PSC. It’s expected they’ll surpass the $500,000 operations budget and the have the freedom to grow their membership as a viable resource.
